There’s a lot to love when you work with Agorapulse to manage your social media profiles and those of your clients. Social scheduling is only the tip of the iceberg for what you can expect using this powerful tool to enhance your Social Media Marketing efforts.
Beyond scheduling, Agorapulse assists through functionality and features in giving your social media a strategic output correlating posting and results for better tracking and clarity. Organizing multiple social profiles and campaigns has never been easier!
In this post, I’m going to reveal some of the secrets for strategic social planning and execution with the help of Agorapulse to grow your business. Socially, of course.
Social Media Marketing for a business takes mega time and work to get right, but there’s more to consider than merely sharing links haphazardly. The ability to create and execute and measure social means taking a meaningful approach in your SMM plan.
However, honing your strategic approach is easier when your social management tool realizes this core need and builds that kind of functionality into its software. And that’s precisely what makes Agorapulse a winner for social engagement and growth.
So What Makes Agorapulse So Special?
The first thing you’ll love is that Agorapulse is a team sport, allowing you to assign roles associated with individual profiles, offering varying levels of accessibility to team members. Roles include Admin, Moderator, Editor, and Guest. Besides assigning roles, you can also group profiles for easy access by teams and even assign content for review to a particular person for input or approval.
Creating team workflows lets you manage using the most effective processes for your business and client needs alike. Plus, it’s no problem for different groups or profiles or teams to use other procedures, as appropriate to each. This flexibility is excellent while helping you stay organized.
Switching between organizations or profile groupings is as easy as a click. Any help you may need along the way is also a handy click away. Or you can ask questions at any time within the software using the chat function.
The folks at Agorapulse want you to be able to use their tool to the fullest, and I love how they demonstrate that every step of the way, too.
There’s also an accompanying mobile App for Agorapulse so you can stay on top of your SMM channels on the fly. How convenient.
Your Agorapulse Dashboard Headquarters
Things are relatively intuitive, working from the Agorapulse Dashboard, your central control center of operations.
However, taking the user training reveals secrets and tips to make you giddy with possibilities for better-than-ever social management.
The main functions consist of these:
Social Profiles: individual or groups
Team Members: assign roles by profile or group
Content Scheduling: now, scheduled, queued
Social Inbox: direct communications/messages
Social Listening: track and respond to mentions
Friends and Groups: shows fans/engagement
Reports: compilation of data and analytics
But you’re going to find a lot of incredibly delicious nuggets of goodness as you dig deeper! Ease-of-use and mega helpful features to produce campaign-winning social marketing comes to light as you go.
Okay, I’ll give you a little hint right now just as an example. Agorapulse gives you options to upload entire folders of visual files or CVS files, ready to click-to-schedule on your favorite social media channels.
And you can preview how your shares render on any social platform before you confirm scheduling. Wow! Hooray, too. This one extra alone makes me smile and sure saves time.
Plus, folks, scheduling means setting up automatic publishing, but this happens in one of three convenient ways:
- Publish Now
- Add to a Queue
- Schedule by Date and Time
Use “Publish Now” via Agorapulse to share content rather than publishing directly to your social apps so you can track results, get analytics reports, and duplicate if desired. Yessss, when you schedule through Agorapulse, you can watch your content performance and then repeat, either as is or with adjustments to quickly post again over time. Did I mention time-saver?
Time Savers Built Right In
And did I forget to mention? You can set up multiple queues per channel to organize your content by category. This feature is excellent in helping you mix various types of social media content like blog posts, curated posts, quotes, and videos, to name a few ideas.
When scheduling content, you can post by channel or multiple channels at once, even with platform-specific edits. Wow, that’s super cool. And don’t worry. If you’re not sure you got it quite right, have a team member take a look before scheduling, just (you guessed it!) click a button to assign to someone else for a review!
Bigger companies may want a review assigned for every piece of content, or every response, for that matter, as a default. This review filter adds a check system to avoid mistakes, misspells, miss-statements, and other problems due to individual misjudgment. This is a HUGE time-saver over the sometimes devastatingly damaging damage of a public faux pas.
For a few other time-saver options, you can:
- set-up automatic replies for typical responses,
- flag tweets by keyword to prioritize,
- label tweet categories to measure best performers by content type or topic,
- label people as customers or top engagers.
Are you seeing how Agorapulse is offering you time-saving and organization on a silver platter? You gotta love it. And guess what, I think I’m still only working at the lowest level of this tool’s power, so far.
I’m having fun with it while getting enlightened at the many powerful abilities built right in for you. Social Media tasks are getting more manageable, more consistent, better organized, and more strategic as I go. Thanks, Agorapulse, so VERY much!!
But There’s More in Store
Most significant to me in learning about and using the Agorapulse social scheduling tool is the insights I found for taking a strategic approach to social media marketing (SMM). Much more strategic, in fact, than what I have been doing, even though my social channels do work to send me visitors who turn into clients. This year, according to Google Analytics, social media is driving over 20% of traffic to this site.
What if I optimize my social posting with a thoughtful strategy to accelerate awareness to gain even more visibility and new SMM visits?
Just imagine adding a purposeful strategic spin to the SMM plan! And suppose further what developing and executing SMM efforts with a clear strategy aligning to your business goals consistently over time will bring. Are you in?
Go ahead and take Agorapulse for a free spin, but look out because you just may get hooked, like me.

Hello Sue,
I am using Tailwind App and it is a great tool to manage Pinterest and Instagram accounts. I have never tried the Agorapulse. But after reading your post, I will definitely try it. Thanks for sharing this amazing post.

Hi Vishwajeet:
Hi, and thanks for taking a look. I’m so impressed with Agorapulse and surprised how well I like it, too! I haven’t tried Tailwind, but I know you can do Instagram via Agorapulse, and they are working on adding Pinterest, from what I understand. As you read, the best part is how it helps guide your strategic approach to social, and it’s quite fun to experiment since you get tailored reporting to determine results.
Well, thank you again for stopping and commenting and take care,
Sue-Ann

Sue,
I was bit confused with some of the popular social media monitoring tools to suggest my clients. Agorapulse, Awario, and some of the tools from AppSumo. Your post about Agorapulse is a timely input for me. Sure, I will insist them to try it trial plan and decide upon. Thanks!

Thanks for the comment, and it’s so nice to see you. Wow glad the timing on this is good for you but, honestly, I wasn’t big on social scheduling tools even though I used Buffer for years. I don’t think I understood until using Agorapulse how big an impact the right tool can have on your social marketing. I can’t say enough about its features because the way it works inspires strategy, makes it easy to plan and see shares ahead of posting, and what it lets you see (and reports) allows you to interpret your social data to improve strategy and results as you go. Pretty awesome:)
Well, let me know if I can help in any way, and thanks again for stopping.
Truly, Sue-Ann

Sue,
Heard about this Agorapulse platform. Also, seen reviews from social media experts. But had no experience. How many social platforms it support? Does it offer any free trial?
Sue-Ann Bubacz says
Sai,
Thanks for checking this one out. Agorapulse covers all the major platforms right now, including Facebook Pages and Groups, except Pinterest. I understand they are working on adding it soon, though. And they continue to upgrade the software and services. They even pull in comments from FB ads for review/use. There is a FREE trial. I love using it, and I think it helps make users all better social media marketers! It definitely makes it easier to lay out a plan and see it all laid out for you, ready to tweak and improve. Let me know if you have any other questions and thank you so much!
Take care and best, Sue-Ann

Hi Sue-Ann, I cannot imagine scheduling social media without Agorapulse. The other day when I was banned from Facebook, my scheduled Agorapulse posts went out just the same 🙂
I also love their listening tools and of course the social media reports. They have made these reports so much better in the past year. I can produce them in much less time and they are easier for clients to read. A real life saver in my business.
I highly recommend them as I’ve been using the Agorapulse tool for 3 years!
